The food here is fantastic! I recently ordered for pickup after visiting my grandmother in Manalapan (I live in Brooklyn) to bring me and my wife food home (I am a carnovir and she is vegetarian). Well, I was a little NYC food snob, my expectations were low. However, I must say that I was blown away from the quality and taste of everything we ordered. Authentic, succulent, all well visible, loved it. This place is an enormous advantage for the culinary scene in your NJ neighborhood! As soon as you try, you will be attached. When I visited from Jackson Heights in Queens, I found the food here to be quite good. I've tried other Indian restaurants, but I can't say I'd want to return to those. The service is great, and it's a cozy spot, suitable for a group of 5 to 8 people.
The decor is simple and relaxed, but the food is incredibly delicious. I ordered the tandoori grill pizza, veg Malabar, paneer kadai, garlic naan, and onion kulcha, and everything was fantastic!
