I normally don 't leave reviews in general. I 've eaten here quite a few times, but tonight was quite disappointing. I been here quite a few times but never have I felt the service to be this poor. Marcus was our server, granted we sat in the corner section where servers don 't pass by often, but when I had to walk out to flag down our server twice seems out of character for Mo-Mo Paradise. On top of that, Marcus seems to be tired tonight. At one point he came over and ask if we would like desert. My friend said no and I said yes, and he said ok and walked away. At that point I had to call him back and say I said yes? , as he responded Oh yes what flavor would you like? I would be less upset...
Have always loved eating at momo paradise! Been at least 5x now in the last 6 months. BUT, first time workers “kicked us out” for reaching 90 minute dining time. We still had 2 plates of meat that we didnt cook yet but were prompted by staff to “finish up quickly because the next table is ready to be seated”. I also always make a reservation when dining at momo paradise and always request for 2 pots because my mother has dietary restrictions and cannot share with the rest of us (we usually seat for 4 people total). I was seated later than expected, and the staff hurried us to leave as our time limit approached. There were long waits for vegetables, sides, rice, and sauce condiments, which cut into our time to enjoy the meal as it was a birthday celebration. They were out of many items, including condiments and rice, and the refills took so long that I had to ask multiple times. This made our reservation feel pointless since we barely had time to appreciate our food. The servers continued to rush us despite having several plates of meat left, and they mentioned that it was the last call for ice cream, even though the birthday boy hadn’t eaten much meat yet due to the delays. Initially was told weekends are reservation only and we couldn't wait we were turned away. Called multiple times but no answer. So went on a Tuesday night and was told again reservation only for walk in it was an hour wait time. They said that they are short staffed again and won't be able to get to use quickly anyways. Half the restaurant was empty a couple of tables still had chairs stacked on the table. If you decide to come call and make a reservation and hope they pick up the phone

The warmest team ever on that particular day! I don't remember the waiter's name who helped me to celebrate my 84 years old mom's birthday last Dec. 14, 2022. He asked whole team to join us. It was the sweetest thing ever. They even surprised mom with candle on ice cream and sing birthday song right after she came back from lady's room. That was memorable. Thank you so much!
Good food for AYCE. Nice side dishes and glad that the food came pretty quick too! A bit pricey but it is AYCE so that definitely made up for the value. Our group of 6 including coworkers and family were happy to have come here!
We had an incredible experience. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, quickly accommodating us and seating us right away, even though we arrived before our reserved time. Overall, it was a fantastic visit.
food is of good quality, but service is terrible. the waiters act like you owe them money by eating here... also they charge an 18% mandatory gratuity even for small parties of 2 people.
