Fantastic service and food !! My server is from Serbia fantastic guy always happy pleasant to customers and I specifically ask for him ! Food was absolutely delicious one thing that bothered us was another girl was coming around to collect the finished and dirty dishes but twice she took things off the table that were not finished we felt like she was rushing us out and the whole meal took us about an hour I really could hv used more tine to relax ! Overall though was a nice quick evening out !
The service was exceedingly slow. This is not the first time we have had this experience. This one certainly confirmed our decision to not return. We were also surprised by the mandatory tip that is included on the bill. While I'm familiar with charges, this is the first time I've seen I feel that is egregious, especially considering the poor service that came along with it
booked a table online when I arrived, I came all the way from Monsey when I arrived they said they had no place for me after they waited about 15 minutes they did me a favor and found space for me... the food was not good never again
Selection of food and food itself was excellent, although the waiter was too busy to notice we were done eating. We liked the decor and this may justify the overpriced menu Book a table now
The food is tasty, but they are short staffed. We had to wait to order and then.if we.wanted more cutlery or anything, it all took time
Mocha Bleu has great food and a fun vibe but the service is very slow and I have experienced orders being mixed up or missing stuff
They are really careless when it comes proper Covid procedure and the food isn’t all that
