Mod Pizza - Table reservation

The food at this restaurant was excellent. I purposely ordered extra so I could save leftovers for lunch, which stayed fresh. The road construction makes it challenging to reach the restaurant, particularly at night, but I understand it is only temporary. I hope the construction doesn't negatively impact their business. I am here for business and would definitely come back to this restaurant once the construction is finished. The service was take out.

I recently went to the shore wood location and experienced very poor service. I attempted to call, but the phone system was automated for ordering. Despite there being three other customers in the lobby, there was no staff present. After waiting for 5-8 minutes with no acknowledgment or greeting from any employees, I ultimately had to leave.

I had a disappointing experience at Mod Pizza in New Berlin tonight. Despite receiving poor customer service from the order takers who seemed disinterested and annoyed, I still left a generous tip. It may be a long time before I decide to dine there again. It's a shame because I used to enjoy going there before this incident.

We loved being able to create our own pizzas with dairy-free cheese at this restaurant. The toppings and sauce were so delicious that we didn't even miss the cheese! We will definitely be returning. The lemonade was also fantastic.

You can customize your own pizzas here with the option of milk-free cheese. The crust and sauce were so tasty that we didn't even need the cheese! We definitely plan on returning. The lemonade was also delicious.
