I have hearing difficulties, and the background noise in this restaurant was quite overwhelming. I struggled to hear the gentleman making my pizza, and despite informing him three times about my difficulty hearing, he continued to speak very softly. Normally, I can catch some words in noisy environments and piece them together, but this person was extra quiet. (I've had my hearing tested, and I'm told it's fine. My husband had to almost shout for me to hear him when he repeated questions about the toppings, yet the gentleman still spoke at a low volume. If patrons request that you speak up, please do so, or perhaps consider working in the back.
We ordered delivery from this restaurant and got four individual pizzas along with a salad. Unfortunately, every pizza was incorrect! All of them had tomatoes, which my husband absolutely detests. My pizza came with white sauce and chicken that I didn't order. The other pizzas were wrong too. To top it off, I found a long hair in mine! Additionally, there was no dressing included for the salad. Overall, it was a terrible experience and very disappointing!
The staff at Mod changes their gloves upon request to prevent cross-contamination, which is great. However, it's important to note that there is always a slight risk of contamination. They offer a wide variety of ingredients and don't charge extra for each one, which is perfect for someone like me who loves to customize their order with everything. Plus, they have a delicious gluten-free crust and Daiya cheese available!
This restaurant is conveniently located and consistently serves delicious pizza. The staff is friendly, and the outdoor seating is pleasant.
