Was there on 9/11/2022 for the fist time.Customer service was awful. All tables was dirty. There were only two families seating, but the stuff was not able to clean the tables at all. time. I asked for any advice which pizza is the best at mod, the guy, whowas at front desk, said all prices and pizzas are on the wall, you gotta see and choose yourself. Dirty place, and I orderedbarbecue chicken pizza, it wasn't good. Never I will visit it again. And they did not deserve the tips I left there. And alsoall this reviews, which is giving them 4.5 stars made by there (mod stuff)relatives I guess
Think in a time where cost of eating out is increasing in contrast to deminished service and declining food quality, MOD Pizza at Sierra College Blvd is the best deal in town. Service is consistent. Not stellar but accommodating, Food used to assemblepizza always seems fresh and bountiful. Lastly the cost very reasonable given the quality and size of pizza and toppings youget. Gave it 4 out if 5 cause once they slightly burnt edges of pizza and they could do better job of slicing pizza in terms ofsize of slice as well as making sure slice is complete.
Great experience from my part. Wife and children love to come here to get pizzas. Besides my daughter, she's only coming for the salads. Very confused about Sonja's review. She tried to file a call? Did she get her food? Is that why she went in? Someone must be grouchy old bat to stop for 15 minutes (Places are busy and short employees) then come to complain that nobody said hello to them. Mentally ill I say. I just have a complaint that the seats are too hard.
Came here on a Friday night with the wife and kids and must say it was a great experience. Came in not knowing what we wanted and they helped us through the process. My daughter is on the spectrum so it was cool to see the staff be patience andunderstanding as they helped her make her pizza and be accommodating with her food allergies as well. Delicious pizza! I really appreciate the option to create your own personal pizza. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and enjoyable, which enhances the overall experience. I can't wait to return and try building my own salads and sampling the beers!
The staff was incredibly polite and quick. The atmosphere is lively and amusing, making it a fun place to visit. It's a fantastic spot for my family to enjoy custom pizzas. The kids especially love writing their names on a MOD sticker and adding it to the wall.
The pizza I ordered came out not as expected. However, even though they were busy with other customers they quickly and politely handled the mistake and made a second pizza without problems or complaints. True customer service at it’s finest!!
We ordered a family bundle online to pickup. One pizza was missing toppings, one pizza only had cheese on part of it. The roasted garlic topping comes in full cloves rather than diced. The pizzas were all fine, just a bit underwhelming. Book a table now
Great atmosphere! The staff was really friendly. I wish they offered seasonal options year-round. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and enjoy Mod a lot. I really appreciate how seriously they take food allergies!
