The servers have inconsistent attitude with customers. This was a first time try and I enjoyed the pizza though it was a bit sloppy presentation wise. There didn't seem to be a process for knowing when my food was ready. No one called me to get it. I ate in store and it was pretty empty during lunch hour which was telling. I sent someone there today to order for me and they said the service was horrendous. Not sure what is going on but franchise/manager might want to address customer facing employees and do some retraining. The customer service wasn 't lackluster. I walked in at 9:34pm, the store closes at 10pm. I overheard one of the female employees behind the register sigh deeply and say What time do we close? , as if she was so bothered by having a customer. Then when she waited on me, her attitude was indifferent. She seemed to get upset because I asked for my dressing to be mixed in with my salad. Once it was time for me to pay, she nonchalantly dropped my salad on the counter. She had already walked off before I completed my transaction. She couldn 't even be bothered to give me my receipt. I’m am very disappointed with the customer service. I placed an online order at 6 PM and arrived at 6:19 as instructed and when I got there no pizza was made and no one greeted me. The lady making the pizza asked about the order and no one responded to her. No one said sorry my pizza was missing. I continue to wait after I spoke to the young lady making the pizza, she contacted the manager he pulled up my order made the pizza and it just sat there. It didn’t even get cooked until I came back to the front and ask for the manager, and then he proceeded to tell me that my pizza probably was stolen and even though it says to come pick up at 6:19, that could also have been wrong. I really enjoy the pizza, but the staff needs improvement! The young employees seem indifferent. I walked in 40 minutes after placing my order, and they had just started preparing my food, despite having four staff members on duty and no customers. They seem to be more focused on having fun than on fulfilling orders. Good staff is essential for a successful business... I hope they can adjust their attitude and get orders right! Who is managing this place?

Love the cheese pizza, nice cheese!Nice atmosphere by design!Everything made while you wait!Only issue I have is that the tables are not wiped off immediately after customers leave so you might sit down with crumb on the table.Regular pan size pizza is on the small size and it runs about $10 which in my opinion is the size of a NY Slice just shaped different.But, you will get full. The Cheesy Bread Sticks gives you more to eat for around the same price!
Good place to get Pizza exactly how you like it cooked in the fire oven and you can watch it bake. 15 minutes at most in and out to go.Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese and will change their gloves for you. I’m so happy I can enjoy eating MOD pizza. However, after placing my order I used the ladies restroom to wash my hands. Customers nor staff should tolerate the unkempt restrooms. Management should mandate their restrooms (all locations) are serviced on a regular basis. Health department should be notified!!!!!!
I had a pizza with a regular crust topped with spicy marinara, extra cheese, spinach (gotta eat your veggies), pepperoni, chicken sausage, grilled chicken, and feta cheese! The service here is always excellent, and the atmosphere is great too.

They were kind of messy!The food isn't that tasty as the one in Owings Mills! Their presentation was not up to par neither. Looked like a pile of food just sitting on the pizza dough!
