I ordered the 10.99 deal online and it asks you for anything extra, I like real crust on my pizza, and not the thin crust that they usually use. I asked for thick crust last time and they did it no problems or anything and i also used the free no name cake but never got it with my order. This time i asked for the same thing, i did not get the cake, and my crust was thin, and when i asked why, they explained to me that they can't do it, i asked if the manager said that, then they were rude to me about it, also if you don't want a customer to oder thick crust on a pizza, then don't add the option to ask for it.
We were eager to dine here, but the staff ignored us for over 10 minutes in an otherwise empty restaurant. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to roll their eyes when we decided to leave. The manager informed us that corporate policy prioritizes online orders over in-store customers. They could have at least taken our order and allowed us to pay, so we could sit at a table while we waited. We were hoping to order about five pizzas, but we ultimately chose to go elsewhere in the plaza.
Not very speedy. There was one person in front of me to order and it took 20 minutes to get my order taken. Wouldn’t have been as bad if the workers were friendly or smiled. Food was fine. I dined in and towards the end of my meal they started drilling incredibly loud in the restaurant. Glad I wasn’t there long.
The portion sizes were impressive! I was amazed at how big my entree salad was—it could comfortably feed 2 or 3 people. I do wish there was a gluten-free option for the mini pizza, but overall, the pizza and garlic bread were both delicious!

The staff consistently display a lack of concern, failing to apologize for mistakes or wasted time. They also don’t bother to double-check orders to ensure they’re correct. While I’m disappointed, it’s not entirely unexpected.
First time experience with MOD Pizza. Learned that I will change how I order a custom pixza next time. Kinda cool and definitely able to customize to your tatse.
