Muito bom... Separated meats with high qualidade. Picanha é picanha ... Não é layer da costala. Gosto da carne de angus, com marmoreio perfeito. Carne no ponto não é crua e nem seca... Perfeita. I recommend, and I recommend that I come to Uruguay, or almoço é obrigatório.
