We also requested that one of the many TVs be tuned to the NFL game, and she took care of that promptly. Our meal, prepared by a young man named Jeremy, was served warm and packed with flavor. Eva brought us our food with a big smile, all while managing phone and counter orders, and even cleaning up a spilled drink at the register! Speaking of drinks, the margaritas were delicious, reasonably priced, and generously made with tequila. I highly recommend trying the Brunswick stew and the smoked turkey platter, both of which were suggested by Eva. We dined inside, but the patio looked lovely as well. The music playing was current and at just the right volume. We will definitely be returning a...

We had high expectations for this place. It's an adorable little BBQ spot, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. We ordered the redneck nachos, a pulled pork sandwich with sides of mac and cheese and baked beans. Let’s start with the nachos—they were served ice cold, and even the pulled pork, which you’d expect to be warm, was not. The pulled pork sandwich was mediocre at best, and we had to add our own sauce since it came with very little. The mac and cheese was bland and cold. The best item we had was the baked beans. Overall, our experience was underwhelming. It's worth noting that we arrived at 7:15 PM on a Saturday, so perhaps we were just a bit too late? It may be more s...

Disappointed that you can’t substitute the slaw for another side— not everyone likes slaw, so it felt like a waste of money. Update: They charged me $2.50 for a small side along with a tiny piece of cornbread. Plus, no utensils were included, so we had to eat with our hands. Changed my rating to 1 star. More recently, I went back since I was in the area picking up parts. This time, extra cornbread was only $1.50, which is much more reasonable. It was actually charged as cornbread instead of a small side. Not sure if the policy changed or if the cashier made a mistake last time.

I had an amazing experience with both the food and service at Moe's Original BBQ. I ordered a large catering spread for a Halloween party with about 60 guests, featuring ribs, pulled pork, smoked wings, whole chickens, baked beans, mac and cheese, and more. Everything tasted fantastic! Our guests kept raving about the food and even took leftovers home. Moe's was definitely the highlight of the night! I highly recommend them for lunch, dinner, or any big gatherings. I'm sure many of our guests will be visiting Moe's again soon. Book a table now

The food was terrible! The catfish was unseasoned and excessively greasy. The pulled pork sandwich was soggy, including the bread. The fried green tomatoes lacked any seasoning as well. I feel like I wasted $25. Additionally, they have a sanitation score of 88, and I've only ever seen a few cars in the parking lot when I drive by. The low sanitation score and lack of customers should have been warning signs that I ignored. Honestly, I would like a refund and I would gladly return the uneaten food.

As someone raised in the South, I truly value authentic BBQ, and my first experience at this restaurant lived up to my expectations. I tried the two-person rib plate, and the ribs were tender, juicy, and packed with meat—none were dry, even the ends. The sides were fantastic as well. The coleslaw was unique since it wasn’t mayo-based, which took some adjustment, but it was still tasty. I highly recommend this spot to any genuine BBQ lover.

My first time trying Moe's today was a take out order and I tried to order a wide variety of items. The pulled pork meat was excellent and their sweet and tangy sauce was good. Baked beans and potato salad were excellent but the banana pudding was a huge disappointment. It was more like a banana flavored mousse with a vanilla wafer in top.Great food, great service, and very inexpensive. I will definitely return!

Really terrible, esp compared to the original location on 14th street in the city, it’s like the recipes aren’t even the same. Portions are way smaller and the food consistently taste dry, old and flavorless. Really really unfortunate bc Moe’s used to be the best BBQ the city could offer but this location disgraces its legacy ? Book a table now
