I'm starting to lose my confidence in the chain because I've faced consistently poor service at different locations in the area. I placed a lunch pickup order and arrived just two minutes after my scheduled time. When I got there, my order wasn't ready, and they chose to serve three walk-in customers ahead of me. While I waited, one staff member began grilling the onions but didn’t prepare them properly before adding them to my meal. I placed an order through the app, which indicated my food would be ready by 1:30 PM. However, when I arrived just before 2 PM, my order was still not prepared. The two staff members on duty were just standing around and appeared to have no sense of urgency. When I inquired about my order, they simply shrugged and started preparing it at a very slow pace. Consequently, my husband ended up being late for work because I couldn't get his lunch home on time. Given the lack of professionalism and cleanliness at this location, I will not be coming back.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rather rude, and I felt hurried while I was trying to place my order. They frequently interrupted me with loud questions like, "What else?" while I was still deciding what to eat, which I found quite inappropriate—especially given the ongoing COVID situation, particularly since they weren't wearing masks while serving. Overall, this visit was definitely not as enjoyable as my last one, and I noticed a significant decline in quality.
The prices for food at both supermarkets and restaurants are shockingly high. If this continues, more people may choose to eat at home, threatening the survival of restaurants unless they reduce their prices. Businesses must resist the urge to prioritize profits over fairness and be willing to accept some losses; otherwise, they risk shutting down. This could worsen the economy, creating a negative cycle that impacts everyone.

Welcome to Moe's! It's wonderful to be back! Tarik and his team made our visit truly enjoyable. Everything was well-stocked, and they were more than happy to prepare fresh vegetables upon request, all while wearing smiles throughout our meal. Joshua took the time to assist every customer and was incredibly courteous and attentive. We are lucky to have such an outstanding team in the PTC community!
Food Prices (from both supermarkets restaurants) are Crazy-High- . These trends will force Folks to eat Home and the Restaurants industry will be forced out of business, unless they too, cut the high price. The business markets must resistgreed and absorb some of lost or they will go under, which will continue a falling economy, causing an spriling-down economy!!!
I tried Moe's for the first time, but I won't be going back. The food was quite disappointing, lacking flavor and not memorable at all. Additionally, the restaurant was empty during my visit, which is usually a red flag. If you're looking for a quick burrito, I suggest visiting Chipotle or QDoba instead.
Rude workers, felt very rush during ordering. They keeps repeating loudly What else? over my food, which I don 't appreciate during the time of COVID, especially when they don 't wear a mask while serving food. It has definitely gone downhill since thelast time I was here.

I'm quite disappointed with this Moe's Southwest Grill. The staff rushes you when you're ordering, and to make matters worse, they overcharge you. I never ordered guacamole, so I don’t understand why it was added to my bill.
The food is outstanding, and the service is excellent! This restaurant offers quick service in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
