I visited this place after a frustrating experience at a Taco Bell location on March 1, 2024, where they refused to show me my receipt, leaving me with the impression that I wouldn't be returning. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue at Moe's Southwest Grill, where the staff were also reluctant to provide me with a receipt. It’s disappointing when establishments can't simply accommodate a straightforward request, which could have made for a much more satisfying and pleasant experience.
Having skipped both breakfast and lunch, I really needed a meal. I informed the staff that I would eat quickly and then leave, making it clear that I wouldn’t be revisiting this location in the future....
Make sure to ask for your receipt, as I’ve experienced multiple instances of incorrect and overcharges here. I can't recommend this location. If you’re lactose intolerant, be aware that they can be generous with cheese, so you might find it in unexpected places like your lettuce, guacamole, or pico de gallo. Additionally, vegetarians should be cautious, as there might occasionally be meat mixed in with the beans.
Disgusting and subhuman. Place reeks like an old musty rest stop bathroom when you walk in, staff doesn't even speak English and likely arrived with latest caravan. They have the balls to charge $5 for a tiny side of rice ... something that likely costs a few cents. Pathetic. Close this dump
