I placed an online order for our corporate meeting lunch and confirmed with the managers that it would be delivered on time. Despite multiple attempts to contact the restaurant on the day of the meeting, the food never arrived. After finally reaching someone, I was informed that the order had been delivered, even though I never received it. The manager promised to call me back multiple times regarding both the missing food and a refund, but failed to do so. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I am extremely disappointed with this unacceptable behavior. I kindly request that the owner or office contact me to address this matter. Thank you.
I ordered two steak bowls, one drink, two scoops of queso (one on each bowl), and a medium-sized container of queso for the chips. The portion size of the food was disappointingly small, especially considering the total cost of $44 for a quick takeout lunch. The young man preparing my food was not very pleasant to deal with either. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant. I was quite upset about paying such a high price for the meal. I understand that prices can be inflated, but I was shocked when I heard the total amount of $44 and some change.
I love Moe?s. The queso can cure hangovers anf got me through college. It is my absolute favorite place and moving to Wisconsin where there are only 2 locations was tough. Now I live 1:15 away from this Moe?s and thus have strange orders so on the rareoccasion I?m in the area my food can travel that distance and remain fresh. The manager here, Esther, is amazing and alwaysaccommodating of my needs and strange requests with a smile on her face. I can?t thank you enough Esther, you are a saint!
The team at this restaurant is always incredibly kind and friendly. Esther is usually working when I visit and consistently provides excellent service. The food is delicious, and I especially enjoy the salsa. Book a table now
I got a bowl and really had to work to give me a descent amount of protein. They preloaded with lots of rice so the value wasn't that good. The people are just doing there job. Food was good.
The food was tasty, but the portion size was not worth the price. We ordered a children's bowl for $4.97, as shown in the picture, and ended up having to order another bowl.
Always a solid experience here. We have also catered a couple of taco bars at work through them. I enjoy coming here and the services usually pretty good and friendly.
