The server handling our takeout order either forgot our requests, didn’t pay attention, or got distracted. Unfortunately, they added toppings that we specifically asked to leave off. We tried to salvage about a third of the order, but ultimately had to toss the rest. It was a waste of $20 and a lot of food, which was really disappointing.
Awful experience! The food preparation area was infested with bugs—there were bugs on the counters, bugs on the walls, just bugs everywhere. The manager wasn't available, so we decided to leave immediately!
The staff clearly didn't care about preparing my food. The quesadillas sat on the prep counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone bothered to serve them.
We eat here often, and my daughter and I love it! Well, anyway today we were there and somehow my daughter ate something that was too hit, and left... Book a table now

Severe food poisoning from eating here 11/16/16. I loved Moe's but doubt I will ever eat it again after this experience.
