Oldest of the old school with a small menu and chicken pot pie as their specialty. They were out of beef PP but I had the yummy noodles and chicken. Chicken was good and noodles was what I think is down south style, chopped noodles. Need some S&P bit a yummy dinner with whipped mashed and delicious carrots. Dinner included salad and dessert which is as old school as it gets. Great place for a no frills meal. Lots of to go orders and uncooked pies available. I've been here a few times and both times I ordered the chicken pot pies. They are very good, but they are a little small. For a big eater, one would need to order more than one to get full. It's an older family restaurant but the people are friendly. I purchased a few rhubarb pies and they were very good. I believe they were freshly made and not mass manufactured. Would definitely recommend trying this place if you aren't into a fancy place but appreciate home cooking.

A great local place with the BEST pot pies around. These are real pot pies not a bowl of chicken with a crust on top. This place is a hidden gem. Affordable prices and good food. We love going here. When you walk in, you will instantly feel like you step back in time, before cell phones, before internet. The food is perfect, diner classics I could eat everyday, and the nicest staff. The world moves too fast, this place decided to stop and rest for a while. Kid-friendliness: Our baby was very happy in his highchair, staff was very kind towards him.

My first visit to Moffitt's and they have very good comfort food and great service. I grew up in that area and never have been there. I am glad to say that it is worth a visit or two or three.
This place has the best chicken pot pies. The service is great. The ambiance is ok. Parking is easy and the prices are reasonable.
