First time visit but I see it becoming monthly if not more with take out. Food was excellent. Loved the vibe. Portions were good. Shared the pork and chive dumplings, the bulgogi dumplings, the Brussels sprouts, and the twice baked pork belly. Id order any of them again. With a glass of wine and a cocktail, bill with taxes was $78 which I thought was an honest price for amount of food. Server was super friendly and helpful. Only hiccup is after food was served, we waited quite a long time for water glasses to be refilled and then for server to return to be able to request a check. the food was fantastic! a reservation may not be necessary if they arrive there when the restaurant opens on Saturday afternoon, but I made one just to be on the safe side. When we arrived, the bartender looked at us when we stood at the door for more than 10 minutes. had not said hello or something that I expected a bad experience. the waiting staff and eating were excellent. I will definitely return. the dumplings were great, but the appetizers could definitely make for a great meal!
MoFu is a fantastic restaurant. We’ve eaten there three times now. Every meal was incredible. The staff is super efficient and friendly. Loved our servers. Highly recommend this restaurant. Best dishes in my opinion are the beef pho, Thai basil noodles, the impossible dumplings and the charred asparagus. The lychee margarita is Wonderful.
I went with a friend and we shared two veggie dishes and got our own dumpling dishes. It was filling. The interior space is a two story open renovation with a small mezzanine towards the right wall as you enter. There is also a bar, along with regular dining seating. Our waiter was nice, and food was tasty.

Wonderful lunch, will head back for dinner with a larger group, and consider take out. We shared dumplings, tacos and brussel sprouts, all were delicious and surprisingly flavorful. Another wonderful find in downtown Raleigh that makes you think you have been transported to somewhere else.
beautiful that I could experience this restaurant. perfect place for a date night. Options are good for vegetarian and vegan. I had some impossible dishes. the dumplings were boiled, but the stirring frit with the noodles was quite salty. the service was great. comes back.
Restaurant was very accommodating when we were 30 minutes late for our reservation due to traffic problems. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Food was delicious.
Only issue was how cold it was in our seats by the front window. I realize how hard it is to effectively cool a room like that.
