The manager was very nice in trying to accommodate me based on the flow of customers. We ordered apps and a main course. For some strange reason, they brought out both courses simultaneously. I asked the waitress why they didn't parse the courses so that my main would not get cold. She gave me attitude and took the main course back. I then asked for a new set of utensils and again, she gave me an exasperated look. Then when she came back, I confronted her and asked if there was a problem and she tried to play it off. My sisters and I came here on Friday night to celebrate my birthday. I was excited to try all the vegan vegetarian options on the menu. I loved the vegan empanada as well as the rice and beans! The margarita was delicious, perfect kick! Overall we had a great experience, but our waitress had a bit of an attitude. We mentioned that we’d order our main courses after we received our apps and drinks and she rolled her eyes. The 18% gratuity added to the bill for 3 people is uncalled for especially with service as so.

The food and ambiance are good. They charge if your group is late or a person in your party doesn't show, so be aware of it. Also, if you have a group of 4 or more, they immediately add in gratuity, regardless of the level of service provided. This is particularly frustrating because our service was not very good.
The food was pretty good. I got the plátano waffle with chicken. I could have use a little more chicken for the price. Ambiance is OK. Tip of 18% was already included in the bill. Also Brunch menu was more limited.
It was my first time and really enjoyed the food, which was delicious. Good service and lively music in the background.
