Two weeks ago, the first time there to finally buy us a good screen carrier machine with accessories. I want to say that I and my wife were incredibly enthusiastic! Date for purchase was possible by phone and by agreement, but also very short term. Due to the individual appointment there was enough time to give us detailed advice and contact us because no other customers were present. The advice was absolutely great and professional at the top level! Our concerns and our prices have been consistently discussed and done nothing without meaning or much too expensive. MEGA! After the owner Mesut Güden on Friday attempts to give me a repair instruction for a machine unknown to him, which solved a problem, but there were other problems, e.g. with a defective valve, I was allowed to bring the machine past yesterday for repair. He repaired them in front of me, explained my inner life and did not even calculate the entire time on site, nor the phone call from Friday. We also had a nice conversation about various other topics. Those who appreciate professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness are definitely right at the Mokka Factory.
I was commissioned by my boss to find a regional dealer who also carries out on-site service for our office. Looking for an espresso machine, I met Mokka Factory. And what should we say?
