Service and cordiality as you rarely find it! After we walked there in summer, we decided to go to the Molzmühle last night. We chose the lobster menu and the first two courses were very, very tasty. Also the main course (lobster meat on truffle risotto with curry chocolate cream was very tasty only we had the feeling that the fish and sauce was a bit too salty (yes, it was Valentine's day, we took it with humor and thought that the cook might also be in love, can happen once; as the head of the house, who previously so sympathetic, warm and politely asked us. We always visit the Molz Mill and enjoy the great atmosphere and the wonderful surroundings. Enjoy the hospitality and the great food. Especially to mention what we will never forget after a long bike tour we wanted to eat and drink in the Molzmühle. So we got up fast and wanted to go to our bike when the boss asked what was going on. We told him we had forgotten our money and that was very unpleasant. Cosy atmosphere, courteous and friendly service, very tasty and freshly prepared dishes, upscale cuisine, flexible intervention on special requests... highly recommended overall ... Dear Mrs Hoyer, a warm thank you for this wonderful menu that you served yesterday evening for Earth Day. Not only a palate, but also lovingly and appetically dressed for the eye.
