The Sushi is always good as long as you’re willing to deal with being rushed in and out of the restaurant. The menu is quite extensive but I would suggest looking at it before you go because they expect you to know what you want the second they approach your table. It makes me sad to say that tonight was our last time there because this used to be our favorite sushi spot. However, I’m willing to go try some new places. Nothing worse than feeling like you’re an inconvenience to a restaurant.
ONLY GOOD FOR SUSHI After falling in love with their sushi years ago I decided to branch out and try their ramen and sea bass. The sea bass really had no other flavor besides sweet and it doesn’t come with rice, so I paid $17 for the small sliver pictured. The ramen was LAUGHABLE. It’s literally a 99 cent pack of ramen from the dollar store in mild broth swimming with 3 carrots and 4 spinach leaves. By far the worst ramen I’ve ever had. BEYOND disappointing and infuriating.
Food was sub par, sushi was decent. Restaurant wouldn’t mix chicken, beef and shrimp for hibachi dish. I order hibachi regularly and have never been told that they can’t mix the three proteins. I expect to pay more but to not even offer to do that didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t want other food so I sat at the table while the other guests ate. Will not be trying this restaurant again.
Small, pleasant dining room filled with very happy , hungry regulars. The owner and waitstaff are so helpful and attentive. There is a very homey feel to this place.The menu is extensive. The food and drinks are delicious and beautifully prepared. A definite favorite place to go for people looking for delicious sushi, chicken tempora, etc. Book a table now
Been coming here many time and today the old lady decides to follow us out the door after we payed asking if we left her tip we said no and she said next time don’t dine in if you are not going to tip. Please humble Yaself a little more that’s how you lost customers. Tips are not obligated it’s optional.
Entirely insubstantial flavor. Ordered sushi for pickup at a specified time and it was obvious they just made it right away and let it sit for 30 minutes. Was lukewarm almost hot when we ate it. Spicy tuna had almost no flavor. Smaller portion sizes. Really let down because the reviews were so positive.
Excellent sushi! Great service and nice atmosphere. Had the gyoza, fire sushi roll, and the tuna on fire sushi roll. Solid flavor with building heat, but not to the point it killed the flavor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
