It was on the way out of the lantern festival that we discovered by chance the restaurant. reception is thought out, the smiling, attentive and pro and gastronomic service and just a kitchen. No doubt, the chef is a good one: he knows how to marry aromas, cook and season and exceed classics I admit that I do not understand the ranking of this place in blagnac. deserves a small reward from a red color guide.
Consistently good food and service. Tasty combinations of seasonal ingredients in a weekly changing menu. Only a limited menu choice, so maybe not for fussy eaters, but to me that’s a plus as it means the menu is fresh and always special. Friendly reception every visit and very reasonably priced. Shame it’s only open Monday to Friday.
We had dinner in this great restaurant. the setting, reception and service are at the meeting. dishes cooked with quality products. before you taste, you take your eyes and nostrils. we strongly advise and return if the opportunity is present.

Excellent new address in Blagnac bringing some good fresh air to the local landscape. A well balanced mix between bistro and nouvelle cuisine. We loved it.
