Monkey Club - Table reservation

Sadly ended with a very poor experience, booked this restaurant with friends a couple of months ago and on arrival we were initially impressed but it didn’t last unfortunately, poor service with drinks, wrong orders received, steak not cooked properly and had to be sent back twice and then gave up and left it, salmon also raw but we were told this was how it should be and nothing done about it, over charged for drinks on the final bill, we were left to just get on with it which is a shame as this place has the potential to be really good if the attitude around the errors had been better. Everything about this restaurant was amazing, I had a burger and chips, it was one of the best burgers I had ever had. It was cooked to perfection and the sauces were amazing, also the service was amazing .All the waiters were really nice, especially one called Miguel he was smiling the whole time, really friendly and went out of his way to make sure you got everything you asked for. To make a long story short The Monkey Club did everything you need to do to create a nice experience.

wonderful. be on the Roman bridge, with that atmosphere, good service, excellent food. price online with the place. to put a “but”, the distance between tables is very little, covid protocols should be taken into account. repeat without a doubt, and we have many good options at 5min from home.

Never disappoints. The best food in the Puente Romano. The tastes are exceptional, service is excellent. Well done Monkey Club, we love you!
