"We had a lot of different foods, the most amazing lentils I have ever tasted, vegetarian lasagne, amazing risotto and some salad. The wine he recommended was perfect and a very special dessert. Everything was delicious. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and he spoke english which was great as we are from Australia and don't speak french. We highly recommend Monsieur Victor."

I was out jogging, and on the way back to my hotel I was looking for somewhere to get a takeaway meal, to eat in my hotel room. I had resigned myself to the fact that it might have to be Pizza Hut when I suddenly had the exceptionally good luck to chance upon the deli of Monsieur Victor. Even though he was clearing up and preparing to close, he was so kind to me, explaining (in English) what he still had available. I bought some bread, cheese, lentil salad, tortilla, and a cold organic beer and sparkling water. And what a feast it was! It all tasted absolutely fantastic. De passage à Besançon, ce midi, nous cherchions un endroit pour nous restaurer. Par hasard, nous nous trouvons devant la vitrine d'une boutique et restaurant bio. Adeptes du bio depuis la naissance de notre fils soit environ depuis 12 ans, nous décidons de nous y arrêter et de découvrir. Pour nous, c'est désormais l'adresse à retenir à Besançon.Nous sentons l'amour du produit dans les plats plein de saveurs. Burger excellent, viande goûteuse. Les salades sont délicieuses, bien assaisonnées et que dire des douceurs de fin de repas.... un régal qui n'est pas assombris par trop de sucre rafiné.Le chef est disponible et très sympathique et n'a rien n'a envier aux chefs étoilés.C'est certain, nou...
Adepte du bio depuis longtemps, je pense avoir trouvé LE lieu où découvrir un tas de nouvelles saveurs dans des plats bios de qualité. Le repas était vraiment à tomber, autant le plat que le dessert. Et en plus j'ai appris de nouvelles choses sur le calendrier lunaire. Un grand merci pour ce très bon moment.Je conseille grandement l'adresse, faites juste attention à qui vous accompagne, les réfractaires du bio peuvent vite assombrir ce bon moment.
Tombé par hasard sur ce restaurant bio, j'ai été séduit par la qualité du plat que j'ai choisi: une moussaka au chèvre. Assaisonnement parfait. Comme je suis gourmand, je regrette que les parts ne soient pas un peu plus grosses! Même constat pour le swiss cake accompagné d'une crème fouettée citronnée, délicieux, mais un peu juste en taille .J'y reviendrai lors d'un nouveau passage à Besançon.
