They up sell the food. Our meal came with 2 sides and we chose a baked potato as one of them. The waitress asked if we wanted our potato loaded , meaning sour cream, butter, bacon bits, chives and our response was “yes” as that's usually the standard that comes with a baked potato unless you specified otherwise. When we got our bill they charged an extra $3.00 for each potato that we had toppings on and we were told it was because we ordered it loaded. This was not disclosed when we ordered so not impressed. This was to celebrate our son's birthday. The hostess was friendly and we were seated on time. Our server wasn't very friendly for knowledgeable (not sure if she was new). They were out of lemonade mix and we only found that our after trying multiple orders of lemonade because the server didn't bother to find out the first time why we couldn't order a flavoured lemonade. We weren't told specials or offers and our drinks were kind of thrown at us before she walked away. The food took a long time but all came out at once when it did eventually get served. The food was great but the experience was nothing special. Too bad
We have dined here before and that is the reason why we have come back many times, and also with other family members. I do have to say that the 10 oz sirloin that I had was very good and tastier than some that I have had at the keg. My wife also enjoyed her Mac and cheese so we were both quite pleased. Our steaks were to be medium rare and were more medium but still good. The mini donuts are not done in powdered sugar like on the menu said. This was a disappointment .
Excellent kids menu. Beautiful rustic scenery with great drink choices.  Meal sizes were big enough to share. Fast and friendly service, would definitely recommend. 
We make a reservation for 6pm, order our drinks and food quickly but it took us 40 mins to have our food. The waiting is pretty long especially when dining with kids
Try doing the Rob's for less time then they might be juicier ok n the sauce less spicy
