For my main course, I ordered the Southwest steak salad. When it was brought to my table, the female server quickly left without checking if I needed anything, leaving me without cutlery. It took a few minutes before another staff member noticed and provided me with what I needed. I was also told that the restaurant was out of vegetables and wet naps, which seemed disorganized. Only the female bartender showed decent customer service during my visit.

The food was absolutely disgusting, tasted like it sate their for house, they ran out of half the food orders and still made us pay for 80 dollars worth of food we could barley eat. The service was slow took them about 45 minutes to get our food out and no one even asked to refill our drinks. The only good thing about our experience was the server who was very nice and polite. If we could have only paid him we would have. Wish we could have got half of or a refund. HORRIBLE PLACE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.
I rated all low because this Montanas has been permanently closed but until I got there I had no idea. Open Table and Montanas need to be in touch with each other. I had a reservation and a closed restaurant and then did not have a place for dinner as the other restaurants were busy and could not accommodate us. It was extremely disappointing.

I went to there to get my food and the manager at the pick up was either not trained or just plain rude. I've ordered a steak which was not even well cooked but the nachos were good. I wouldn't come back because of the food quality of this restaurant. Coming back to the steak it was also hard to chew on.
We dined on Boxing Day and a delivery truck did not show up. They called and informed us prior to our arrival and let us know at the front desk. We still got what we wanted (other than veggies) and it was quite tasty and fast. Overall still a good experience. Prices are very fair.
The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We had to wait for over an hour and a half for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was all messed up. Our order was missing items and even my drink was messed up. It was a disappointing experience for all three of us.
After speaking with the manager the next day, we were given a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. We were impressed by the handling of the situation and the excellent customer service we received. We will definitely return to this restaurant and highly recommend it to others.

Three servers didn't show up for their shift apparently so service was slow. That can be excused. Front checkin was very friendly. Our server seemed very distracted. Food arrived cold . Won't return anytime soon.
I don't know why this location isn't as tasty as the westhills location. Our food came out with less sauce and smaller piece of chicken and no taste than westhills.
