start with the app ordering service if you want to order something. check whether they have it first, as the app does not tell them! state when the art app, which is ordered 2 steaks to say they have no left. only then get 1 steak. the staff here are so rude to all the customers. we went in and all sat on a table. we always order via the app, so we all individually had our apps open choosing what to order. some of us had already put orders in,...and some hadn’t. one of the women came over and said rudely how none of our drinks are coming out until we’d all get put an order in. we’d not even been there for long. in the morning, they also chucked my friend’s breakfast onto the table rather aggressively and his honey spilt all over the table and she didn’t even apologise. again, later in the day, my friend ordered a pitcher and some of joined the table, who were all over 18. the staff said they were no longer going to ser...
We have always enjoyed our visits here but the lunch time situation with school kids has just got worse and worse. We recently had lunch and it was the worst we had ever experienced, just like a huge school canteen. Close by there were about...nine young boys, a couple had food, a couple had drinks and the others just took up space. A table of three girls, one ordered food, one just sat there and the other ate her own food. Very often we see tables taken with students just charging their mobiles! I have tried to make this in recent years to my local, but my patient is now at the end! forgotten (if they are the misadaisic, fraudulent attitude of the so call manager as they stroll around casually and the demotivated, half-trained, harassed coworkers. for the last three nights there was no ale at the place. which possible excuse can exist for this debakel alongside inadequate and inept cellar and bar management. for a so-called market leader in the gas industry, this is worse than unacceptable, it is a shameful catastrophe and must sort out immediately. the place and the management is a sweat! I have visited many of their cans over the years, but this is undoubtedly the worst!

the personal is so rude for young people. College students go here to have a break and get a cheap meal after their lection and socialize with their friends. but every time we sit down, we'll be harassed by the employees to...order or we'll be thrown out even if the majority of us still order. the employees are dirty and rough and are looking for some reason to step college students when we are their main business. if they continue to be rude, they will not receive a service from college students and therefore lose all their profit. the schrewsbury hotel obspoons knows how to make his job better.

We got refused drinks due one of the party members being under 18 although they ordered a Pepsi max, we completely understood them refusing due to Challenge 25 but that was not the issue. Caitlin was the one who served us and was making it...difficult and being rude as we wanted an alternative soft drink as our first drink was included in a deal with a meal, making us go to the bar just to wait for a Pepsi while our food was going cold and being unfriendly in the process. Not what we wanted nor expect when just coming for food with friends. Disappointed.
This restaurant is a great place with ample seating. We visited for lunch and dinner three days in a row and enjoyed every meal. The staff were friendly and our food arrived quickly. It was our first time at this Wetherspoons and we were very impressed. It appears to be well-managed with efficient staff as well.

You can't go wrong with a Wetherspoon's breakfast. It's hard to find fault with the ease of ordering from the app and enjoying a quick and affordable breakfast in just 10 minutes. While there may be better options out there, you really can't beat the value for the price.
