is located in the center of the village of San lorenzo de el escorial, next to the old cinema of varieties. a corner that doesn't attract attention, until you cross its big copper door. inside begins an authentic route of flavors with the tasting menu, which can choose between short, long and xl. between so appetizers highlights the explosion of flavor in only a bite, and among the first dishes I stay with those that took me to the sea through the palate, (it was the season of coverage, and it was noticed). Each bite we accompany you from a different wine (the pair is really surprising, but I think the trick is to wet your lips, and not try to drink up to 10 cups of wines that left different...
After sitting on our table, a person comes to explain that they have no letter and that they are based on tasting menus, indicating that the short is fine if they eat little, but we were hungry and we decided through the middle and we felt that our ability then came the turn of the wines, we said we didn't want the pair and responded that there was no letter. After explaining to him a bit our drops offered us two bottles to try and there was no need to test the second, we have the first, bravo. !
desde su nueva apertura en su nueva ubicación donde ha dejado un lugar muy acogedor que no carece de detalles. la experiencia culinaria fue espectacular donde todos los pases se destacan y sobresalen. los vinos nos permiten aconsejar y la verdad de que eran una maravilla, y usted puede saborear vinos que usted no encuentra generalmente en las tiendas. Sin duda repetiremos ya que estamos encantados y fue una experiencia muy superior. el servicio por todo el personal muy atento y amable.
explosion of flavors in the mouth. highly recommended. they don't have a letter, there are three types of menu. short, long and xl. The long I think is enough to eat well. you can accompany it with a wine pairing. they always play with seasonal products. The star michelin doesn't seem to have changed so you want to enjoy and make them eat. You have to ask for a long time, but it's worth it.
