One of the very best restaurants in the area, if not the region. Inventive menus combine traditional Gers cuisine with contemporary and creative approaches. Always wonderful choices featuring locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, such as delicious gravlax of Pyrenean trout, entrecote of veal in (local) blue cheese sauce, and occasionally featuring lovely briney Atlantic oysters. Very good value for such thoughtful and elevated preparation. It's worth checking their Facebook page for menu updates, and the weekend menu is worth the extra cost. Parking: Large parking area opposite restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps between parking area and restaurant door.
