necessary lunch before the dinosaurs so immersed in this place. they had a $10 lunch of the tagesspecial. chicken nitty with chips and salat. O.O $10 .so deff ordered it. they asked if they had a lemon and to my joy. was immediately betrayed with a smile. the salat was a real aussie salat, mixed salat, tomato, cheese, gurke, grated carrot, red wobbles and yes beet roots! it took up half the plate. then there was a generous portion of chips with the nitration on the other half. the chips were fantastic, crisp and hot. this caffe is an extension, in the same building, the information center/Kronosaurus museum. so it attracts many families and their excited children. that could explain the long delays that it needed for the haunted assistants to take our order, and even longer. to fulfill them! Astonishingly, the masses seem to disappear as fast as they have arrived, so our arrival time was somewhat less than perfect. the packaged sandwiches in the offer were not cheap and there were delays in filling breakfast orders. we just wanted coffee, but orders were fulfilled so that we had to be patient. when it arrived, it was delicious! or was that because we were at the time?

We had brekky here, but be warned, when you specify poached eggs, don’t be surprised if they come out boiled instead. Might be worthwhile explaining to the young girl who cooks them, what the difference is. We didn’t get the chance.
