recently visited, absolutely terrible. I ordered the steak and the Ale Piee with kartoffels, plucked and gravy while my wife ordered the lasagne. first we waited an hour for the meal. the pie was the only part of my meal that came. hot; the carrots and the heirs were cold, while the heavy one was like jelly. when I complained to a worker about it, one of his female colleagues said I was rude to him. I was told that the meal would be changed, but it was not; it was placed in the microwave, the baked on the cake came back soggy, the heaps were dry, while the potato maisch was on the top dry and cold in the middle. concerning the lasagne, there was not much flesh in it, and there were no lasagn...
I visited the moorfeld a few days ago and eating was nice that we were served by young ladies, think their name was faye, but she was very polite they made sure I and my family had everything we needed, even if it was very drunk. the man at the bar did not catch his name, but he was also very helpful to help me what gin to have overall always happy with the service that I get good to both of them!
many thanks to the whole team in the moorfield. we had booked the function room for a family birthday party and had a wonderful time. the manager went beyond and beyond to offer a fantastic buffet that had something to all tastes....We are a great family, with age, until and all agreed that eating was excellent. the service was excellent from beginning to end. everyone had a great time.
I went to the moorfield today !! The bar staff told us the grill was broke so we chose stuff not on the grill although disappointed! We ordered a combo sharer as a starter then order mains .. the starter came out with our...mains which half were wrong told barmaid she just shrugged it off !! It was cold and dry .. I will never eat in this place again and I think staff need re training
