Had Morano's for the first time and it's amazing NY style pizza. We're Italians, originally from Philly/South Jersey area and now live in Maine and we've only found 3 legit NY style pizza places in state in the past 11 years that we love, now Morano's makes the 4th one we've found. The cheese pizza was terrific, great flavor from the sauce the garlic knots were also great. We're going back again before we leave Lubec and probably will have to make a pizza pilgrimage up this way more often.
My boyfriend and I ate here two of the four nights of our trip great pizza with fresh ingredients! There is seating outside and cornhole/other yard games while you wait if you don't order ahead. We took our pizza to go there are several picnic tables around various areas of Lubec with beautiful ocean views. I highly recommend enjoying them with a Morano's pizza in hand
Had a great dinner at Morano's. Pizza was excellent (tried the cheese, the blanco, and a pepperoni mushroom pizza, all good) and service was friendly. The wait wasn't bad either. Would eat here again.
We had a lot of fun playing corn hole while waiting for our fresh made, delicious pizza.
