Service was a bit slower than expected, but was likely due to the fact that our waiter had a large table of 8 that got sat just after us. That said, he didn't but three tables overall so probably could have done a better job of checking in. Food was decent and what you'd expect for this sort of a place. Moretti's has put gaming stations in at the few locations i've been to which i think really cheapens the experience as a diner. I get why they do it, but it's just tacky. All that said, will come back as it's a decent value and easy spot to grab dinner with the kids (two boys under 10).
Despite having made reservations, our server was overwhelmed and not very attentive. The food was just okay, but it was clear that it had been sitting under the warmer for a while before reaching our table. Getting drinks was very slow, and we had to ask multiple times for the salad we ordered, which ended up arriving after our main courses. There were no refills for drinks, the check was incorrect, and overall, the food was average. We don't feel inclined to return.
I ordered the Italian beef bowl, and it was incredibly tasty. While this restaurant may not be the best choice for a romantic outing, it certainly has a great atmosphere for a small celebration. I also really enjoyed their chicken pizza. My waitress, Nicole, was exceptionally pleasant—thank you for your wonderful recommendations and friendly smile! Service: Dine-in. Meal type: Lunch.

Absolutely horrible location- please go to Morton Grove or Rosemont. The server was very rude and the food was awful. I think this location should just close down with this type of service and food. I am contacting corporate about this experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Food was delicious. Service was slow and inattentive at every point. Had to walk up to the hostess area where our server Valerie had been laughing visiting with other staffers had made no attempt to keep an eye on us, to ask for the check. The restaurant was NOT that busy.
