Morimoto Maui - Table reservation

Outstanding A5, side of vegetables medley, salad. Service is overall attentive. Every single dish we ordered was executed perfectly. The restaurant is a little crowded and loud, in case you are looking for a quiet dining atmosphere. There are not any vegetarian entree options, although there are mushrooms, vegetables, and some vegetarian sushi rolls available. Great for pescetarians and meat eaters, not great for vegetarians. The shrimp tempura was also spectacular, it does arrive already in a sauce, one of them in a wasabi sauce, which should probably be explained on the menu.

My wife and I shared the pork ribs which were so tender with amazing flavor. We also had the rock shrimp, pork gyoza and pork chop with apple sauce. All of the food was amazing with exceptional customer service. Spencer was a highly experienced waiter and very attentive. Will definitely be returning on our next trip to Maui!

Loved every aspect of our meal at Morimoto Maui ! Food was incredible fresh and very flavorful, service was incredible (thanks to our server Dillon! , and location was perfect right at sunset. Will definitely return!

Fresh sushi/sashimi. The ambiance is nice. The only thing that could be improved is the waiting time. We made reservations at 2PM and did not get a seat until 2:25PM.
