we have tried to find a late night (quality, not roasted bar food) food option and had been eating a good darm of razen for weeks. morris ramen was excellent, good and a bit of a bummer (in this moment.) bummer: we ordered additional toppings for our morris ramen and the chashu (porkglocke) never made. the disappointment and the time we realized were already closed. so we left a message and never heard again (see below) good: the 100% Japanese citizen complained that the broth was somewhat too fat for her taste - but still inhaled the whole bowl excellent: the half-Japanese esser (and the consumer of hundreds, if not thousands of dishes of rammen in japan), was very happy with the quality of...
Fantastic! We had the Morris Ramen and the Tonkotsu Chicken and the beef ribeye buns. All were delicious, sizable portions. The ramen had two large pieces of pork as well as a delectable soft boiled egg. Very affordable and proper portion sizes for the cost. The directions on how to order your meal are very helpful and ease anxiety.
I’ve officially decided that this is my favorite ramen place. The broth can be salty, but that is typical of ramen. The flavor in the broth and the toppings makes this undoubtedly the best in Madison.
great food, but hard to find. we've been going around a few times to find this place. I have the miso ramen, the tasty and popular on the menu. I will be back in any case!
