Not sure if we just came in a bad day to have lunch here and not one to usually complain or write an indifferent review, but our drinks orders are slow to be delivered and didn't come out at the same time. Our waitress seemed very inexperienced and constantly interrupted us during our Entree and Main Course and put pressure on to order our meals before the kitchen closed in another 30 minutes time. the mosaic hotel had beautiful decor and a large ambiente, but eating was disappointing. we had lasagna (meat) and the chicken cos bowl, we felt that some elements were either overcooked or something not quite right. we recommend that others try out the mosaic hotel and maybe select something else from the menu.
We chose to celebrate my 50th birthday here, as many of us have previously dined at Mosaic and experienced exceptional food, service and atmosphere- tonight excelled once again- incredible food, brilliant service and a gorgeous setting! Thank you ????
Had an amazing lunch with friends. We were looked after so well nothing was too much trouble. The waitress was gorgeous….such a lovely lady. We will definitely be coming back.

great food. extensive menu. they would have a table further away from the birthday party crowd, especially given the number of free-time tables elsewhere in the restaurant.

Not happy with the rump steak ordered. Manager not very helpful. Wouldn't recommend. Feel completely ripped off.
