We have been regular customers here for years and that's what it says. Whether dishes from the map or special wishes: everything is quickly, fresh and skillfully prepared and tastefully super deliciously prepared. The only manoeuvre: already looking, so much water goes together in the mouth before the anticipation that you should always have a handkerchief for wiping.
