excellent! Resturant/Hotel has been under new management since this early year. the food was delicious and fresh. we had the Dutch, salmon soup and great salate. owners and employees are very courteous and speak English and Dutch as well as German. eating in the outside seat area under the trees and along the river was remembrance production. the new owner works very hard to make her meal or stay the best he can. great service as well as excellent quality eat. really a hidden gem. a must when they visit burg eltz.
