Mother india - Table reservation

This place was open late when we came back to Hobart, which was most appreciated. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about vegan options. We ordered four vegan or veganized classic dishes aloo palak $16.99), daal tadka $15.99), chickpea masala $16.99) and herbal biryani $20.99) and they were all delicious. I checked the drinks menu and could not find a vegan wine I liked, but usually this was a very nice culinary experience.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Many veg options, most of which are vegan. The duck samosas are not vegan, but the veg pakoras are, and they are very delicious! We had one of the Dals and the mixed veil that was incredible! The Roti (without butter) were also amazing! When we left the staff, even recommended some other vegan places to try for us

I had dinner here with the family, I order vegetable pasta and onion bhaji, followed by a Dal Tadka, Aloo Gobi, rice and rotten. Was a great meal, with a great location. The staff was polite and attentive to our needs. It is absolutely the best Indian food in Hobart. We were there several times and are never disappointed.

I had dinner here with the family, I order sweets and wobelbhaji, followed by a dal tadka, aloo gobi, rice and fluffy. was a great meal, with a great location. the staff was polite and attentive to our needs. it is absolutely the best Indian food in hobart. we were there several times and are never disappointed.

Mother India has some really excellent staff and one of the best Indian restaurants in Hobart offers numerous opportunities in vegetarian, vegan foods. Very recommended!!!
