We were welcomed with a smile, in fact all the staff were very polite. I ordered a beer as an aperitif, which came immediately, then the mussels came after only a couple of sips of my beer. We had ordered three different mussels, marinière, crème and bolognaise. The mussels were very small, although plentiful, however the bolognaise sauce didn't appear to contain any meat. Desserts were exhorbitant, so we bought Magnum ice creams from across the road a a fraction of the price. The staff were friendly and polite, but I feel that we were very rushed. They want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I've eaten here about 5 times, time for a change!
I use to go there since years and several times in one season because i rent a house on the beach for some weeks and this was something like our canteen for the evening. Nice place with wonderful view on the ocean. And It was always more than ok but this year only one time i disliked this restaurant. Everything late and wrong, pizza not ok, service not ok (not the people, just the timing). I may try again next year but i changed my canteen this year to Don Camillo . See also next report..
This is our second year at Saint giron plage and we love this restaurant, it’s one of our favourites. The burgers, the steak, the salads are all amazing. Staff are friendly and efficient. You won’t ever be disappointed.
Dinner at 4 this noon with my 2 children included and it was very good very good reception nothing to say and excellent cuisine. We will return with pleasure
