Trying to place an order online and it is not working. I live in Oakland NOT Emeryville. There is no Oakland option. Because of this, I cannot place an order. I am a couple of blocks away from Mountain Mikes. They should deliver here. I called the location and the lady could not hear me over the phone. Told ne to call back and hung up. I tried to call corporate at 916-429-2929. That is disconnected. This is my favorite pizza place and have never ever had an issue. This is disappointing.
I had a craving for pizza for lunch. I wanted a place that was convenient to dine in, not too busy, easy parking, I was hungry. This place met my expectations. The majority of the people came for takeouts. The pizza was actually pretty good. The crust was crispy at the bottom and fairly cheesy. I got the combination, a little light on the sausage topping but still quite good. I would come back again.
Ordered a SMALL pizza with 3 Toppings,got to the shop found a MINI kids size pizza the lady was in defense mode justifying why she changed what was clear to me as the number of toppings changed the price NOT the size.POOR customer service wasn’t in the mood to argue just paid .NEVER going back….If you dont want such service STAY AWAY
