We came to this hotel after the beautiful Madeleinen Pass and were looking forward to a meal in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately there was no table for us as hotel guests. We received feedback that the restaurant was fully booked. Even though there were still tables available, we were turned away. And that as a hotel guest! The only comment was that we should have reserved a table in advance. However, there was no mention of this when booking. The room was ok but everything else was very disappointing.

We went to the hotel’s restaurant after a day at the spa and it’s a great surprise. The whole staff is listening to the customer, very friendly, the kitchen is very good, the fantastic caipirinha. Avoid the hotel restaurant. Frozen meals. No wine list; the waitress only offers us the bottles opened for lunch. Decent hotel but horrible restaurant.
