I recently stopped at a café for coffee and was pleasantly surprised to find that they served Stumptown, a renowned roaster based in Portland. While I haven't dined in the restaurant itself, I did try some to-go items including chocolate chip cookies, chickpea salad, and kale salad, which were all fantastic. It's rare to find such delicious vegan options in a meat-heavy area like this, so I will certainly be coming back when I'm in town again.
