Went out with colleagues after long grueling day. 5 of us all ordered something different and everyone's meals looked so good. Service was prompt even though the place was hopping. I had the ginger teriyaki bowl with chicken and it was very tasty and a good portion. The bill came and said this was place was a "test kitchen" which means some items on the menu were there for testing. Not sure if my ginger teriyaki was a test plate, but it was very good. Hope I see it on the menu when I'm back home out east.
Our first experience was a good one after the museum hours on Friday evening. High quality menu, professional service and live music made for a nice date. Now Muse only needs patrons! We had the space almost to ourselves. If it gets known, this could be a great downtown restaurant.
The food was creative and delicious. We were there on a Sunday and it was pretty empty, but the waitress was not very attentive and we had to wait 10 minutes or more to get the menu. The food came quickly and as I said it was excellent. Maybe our waitress just had a day off.
The restaurant was quiet and warm and cozy and festive with Christmas decorations. We came there to have dinner and see the fireworks, and finally we watched fireworks directly from the window, where we ate, which was perfect. The cream brulé was out of this world ????

We enjoyed a visit to the museum and decided to dine there in the muse. The food was excellent and the atmosphere at lunchtime on a Saturday was great for getting school-age children to do so. Very comfortable chairs too!
I got the goat cheese noodles that had goat cheese in the sauce and a whole ball of goat cheese on top. This is far too much goat cheese! Plus the taste was bland. Not worth the money I spent on it
There's only one vegetarian option, and it's a cold, slack hummus sandwich. They didn't even toast the bread. Very disappointing. However, my starter of flatbread with apricot jam was very tasty.
Dinner was very good and they were accommodating of a large group. Always one of my favourite spots to go at any location.
