I'm so disappointed... I used to really enjoy this place and would often bring colleagues and vendors, but my last experience has made me not want to return. The service was painfully slow, taking an hour just to receive any drinks, including water. Additionally, there were more wine and beer options unavailable than there were available.
The waitress was kind. However, one of the staff members didn't speak a word of French. If you hire people who don't speak French or English, it might be a good idea to reconsider their roles in customer service. The wait time for service was really excessive, and there was also a mistake in the order.
The restaurant had a tranquil and cozy atmosphere, decorated festively with Christmas decorations. We went there for dinner and to watch the fireworks. We were able to enjoy the fireworks right from our table by the window, which was perfect. The cream brulé was absolutely delicious.
Our first experience was a good one after the museum hours on Friday evening. High quality menu, professional service and live music made for a nice date. Now Muse only needs patrons! We had the space almost to ourselves. If it gets known, this could be a great downtown restaurant. Book a table now
The food was creative and delicious. We were there on a Sunday and it was pretty empty, but the waitress was not very attentive and we had to wait 10 minutes or more to get the menu. The food came quickly and as I said it was excellent. Maybe our waitress just had a day off.
We enjoyed a visit to the museum and decided to dine there in the muse. The food was excellent and the atmosphere at lunchtime on a Saturday was great for getting school-age children to do so. Very comfortable chairs too!
I got the goat cheese noodles that had goat cheese in the sauce and a whole ball of goat cheese on top. This is far too much goat cheese! Plus the taste was bland. Not worth the money I spent on it
There's only one vegetarian option, and it's a cold, slack hummus sandwich. They didn't even toast the bread. Very disappointing. However, my starter of flatbread with apricot jam was very tasty. Book a table now
