Unfortunately the opening times on Open Table were not updated and the system took reservations for am when they don’t open until A member of the kitchen staff apologized, and forwarded my name to the manager, who really just relayed their usual hours and invited me to book again. I don’t usually go into these situations thinking there should be some incentive to book like a discount or complimentary item, but in this case having the reservation cancelled and need to look forward a new lunch place on short notice was an inconvenience. There are lots of restaurants who need business during Covid reopening, so it is not good practice to provide incentive to seek other options.
So, I spent a late birthday dinner here with a friend, and everything was excellent. Out of the three restaurants I went to this week to celebrate my birthday, Moxie's was actually the one I enjoyed the most! Our server Shaq (I'm pretty sure that's his name), was great, he knew when to check up on us, and knew when to let us have a conversation. He also sang me a happy birthday as he gave me a free dessert, which was such a treat. The food was also very tasty, and the price was worth it. I would definitely come back here in the future! Thank you for making this night great!
The quality and quantity of the food at this location is far inferior to other locations in the city. Avoid this location and go to Keneston instead; Much better. You'd think that there would be some semblance of equality between different locations of the same chain, but apparently not. As an example, the vegetarian power bowl is large, fresh and quite filling at the Keneston location whereas the Polo Park dish is about the size, watery and under-sauced. This was my third rather poor experience at this location...
I had lunch with my grand daughters. I had shrimp tacos which were fantastic. The girls meals were blackened chicken burgers and one kids’ cheeseburger. Everyone was very happy with their meals

We had a lovely dinner and our server was so helpful. The problem was it was sooooo cold in the restaurant my nose was cold and running!! Time to turn up the heat.

Menu has been reduced, but I appreciate the added Vegetarian items. Service was fast and enjoyable.
