This is the second time I've had problems with my order. The first time, I received beef instead of the Impossible Beast Style Combo. Most recently, I was given frozen "grilled onions" that were literally cold from the freezer on an otherwise warm sandwich, along with an overcooked patty. I'm done with it. The quality of the food has declined significantly. I used to enjoy having a burger chain that did impossible burgers well, but now it's just disappointing. I won't be ordering again.
The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was sloppily assembled. The sauce wasn't applied evenly, and the sandwich was packed with soggy lettuce that made the bottom quite wet.
I was truly amazed by how tasty the Beast Style Burger Combo was. It was definitely a better choice than stopping at a fast food drive-thru!
The Beast Style Fries werent seasoned and tasted awful. The cheese was hard and couldnt be eaten. Book a table now
