a welcome retreat when they need some distance and time to think about the many books. the personal is always friendly and helpful. the selection of coffee and sweets is great. sometimes it seems a bit worn out, but still in the frame. in any case, I prefer it to the lifeless and loveless caffes of beck or other chains. the price is cheap and the portions great.
good retreat if you want to relax from shopping or wait for someone. an extensive selection of coffee offers something for everyone. it can only be overcrowded and loud on Saturday afternoon.
I am not often there, but I was very happy with coffee, pastries and other offers every time and especially with the nice service. Rooms not so large and therefore quite cozy.

Nice, friendly staff. Fast service and competent advice regarding various hot and cold drinks. The Mango smoothie is particularly recommended.
