the chips were a little done for my own personal taste therefore the 4 stars instead of five. the fish was nice and freshly cooked to order, happy, wait the five minutes or so wait until it is cooked. but the stand out was the curry sauce... there was something else about it in a very good way compared to other chip shops, I just made the mistake to order a big one if I could get away with a medium
Mr Chips used to have the best chips in Rugby however last night the chips were terrible. The lamb kebab meat was dried up. We ended up throwing them away. The prices have gone up too. The staff were lovely but we won't be returning there no matter how friendly the staff.
Not just the best in rugby but I think in the whole of midlands….Since moving to the midlands I’ve been disappointed with the quality of chip shops but this one is on par with some of the best chip shops in east London and Kent it’s Bang on!!!
always enjoy the fish of mr. chips. mr chips are open only thurs fri and sat. I tried other chip shops, but personally. I think mr. chips is the best scrub in the city.
