For all new boba spots I go to, I order the brown sugar boba if it 's on the menu. This review is solely based on that drink alone. Mr. Green Bubble 's brown sugar boba drink was lacking in various aspects. For one, the boba was very very soft, almost a mushy consistency. I 'm guessing they overcooked the boba so the bouncy chew was no longer there and the pearls stuck together. The drink itself just tasted like plain milk with a little bit of added sugar. The ice to sugar ratio was off the drink tasted quite watered down (there 's no no ice option). Overall, I 'm not too impressed with the drink I got. Took the kids here during Sprint Break. Decided to go here instead of driving to the Fremont location. Kiosks are available to order. Seating area available- however, it wasn't all that clean. Husband ordered the waffle fries(made spicy), he said they were pretty good. Everyone ordered taro boba drinks. Kids enjoyed it, but they said this was more watered down, not cold enough, boba was food, BUT they put a lot of boba. The boba to liquid ratio was off.We were told by other patrons- it's a hit or miss when you come to any of their locations. Just depends on who's making them.
All the employees here can careless about customer service. No greeting. No appreciation for being a patron. Simply order on the kiosk and go. It's so robotic. Their food and drinks are nothing to write home about. Even Boba Guys is better... and that's not saying much. I'll be taking my business else where. Some of my other go to places are T4, Teaspoon, and Yi Fang. At least those places have good drinks and good customer service.
The pandan mochi waffle is absolutely delicious, especially with condensed milk. The popcorn chicken, my personal favorite, is seasoned perfectly with a mild level of spiciness. The oreo slush tastes exactly like oreos blended with ice. However, in my opinion, it is not worth the price of 6.50. Overall, everything else on the menu was delicious!

I now understand why Mr. Green Bubble has such great reviews! I am a new fan because the watermelon juice, fried tofu bento, and karaage chicken were fantastic! They arrived hot and ready to eat. The drink was ice cold, which was a relief. Just thinking about it is making me hungry again.
Is it legal, price on the monitor different from the order machine? Popcorn chicken on monitor is $6, but when I ordered thru the machine, it's $7. Fried calamari too. Food and drinks are mediocre. Better go to happy lemon or cross street to tapioca express.
The restaurant messed up one of our drinks by not adding all the toppings we paid for. They also forgot to provide straws for our three drinks, making it difficult to drink the boba without them. The Pandan Mochi Waffle was just okay, a bit bland.
