Just ordered pick-up from the North Ridgeville location and it was horrible and nothing was made correctly. Paid for extra cheese on three sandwiches and didn't receive it. Paid for extra mushrooms on two sandwiches and didn't receive it. Instead there were only a few mushrooms on the sandwiches and hardly any toppings on the deluxe hot buttered steak. The food was as good as Mr. Hero can be. The place was very clean! I had read the review about dogs in there, so I was looking around and being judgier than normal. The man who took our order and gave us our food was very nice.

Tries to over charge customer. Has two dogs running around in the kitchen they defecate on the floor they walk in it. Should get shut down.
That little waffle chicken sandwich you have right now is amazing—please keep it on the menu forever! It’s absolutely delicious!
